  • Your order will be shipped via USPS, so allow 2-5 business days after the ship date. 
  • Orders are processed and shipped within 5-7 business days. This may also fluctuate during the holidays; unfortunately, we have no control over courier delays.
  • We are not liable for an undelivered package due to an incorrect shipping address. Once an order leaves our warehouse, we cannot be held responsible for those lost or stolen packages. If your package has not arrived within 3 days of the delivery date, you will need to file a claim directly with the carrier. We are unable to file a claim for customers.
