Return Policy

Once an order is placed, we are unable to make any adjustments to it. This would include canceling the order, adding or removing items from the order, editing the order, or changing the shipping address the order is being sent to. A $10 restocking fee will be deducted when returning items for a refund.

RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, You can return the item(s) that are unwashed, unworn, and in new condition with original tags still attached. The item must be free of snags, tears, makeup, stains, and free of any scent. We reserve the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not meet our return requirements (sellable condition). We are not accepting final sales items that have been worn, washed, stained, damaged without the original tags, packaging, and gift cards. 

Returns will be processed within 4-7 business days of receipt, and It can take your financial institution up to 10 business days to reflect payment on your account.

We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in transit. Therefore, please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.

DAMAGE RETURN

We stand behind our products and do our best to care for our customers. If you received a damaged or defective item, please email us within 3 days of delivery to initiate the return. Take a photo of the item which clearly displays the damage, and email the photo to our Customer Care Team at info@breakthecyclebrand.com along with a description of the damaged item and your order number. Our team will provide you with a return label. The item must be shipped within the next 4 days of receiving the shipping label.
